MICROROCK

The benefits of Microrock go beyond ordinary microcement. Developed with an advanced polymeric binder, Microrock achieves industrial-grade strength with waterproofing built into its core—no need for mesh, pore fillers, or multiple sealers. Its superior surface hardness, impact resistance, and chemical durability make it ideal for garages, spas, terraces, public stairs, and commercial entries.

Zero VOC & Certified Health-Safe

Microrock is rated A+ for indoor air quality (UNE EN ISO 16000-6:2019) and fully compliant with SCAQMD Rule 1168 and LEED v4.1 for low-emission building materials.

Waterproof in Bulk

Microrock is intrinsically waterproof—not just sealed on top. It’s resistant to hydrostatic pressure, making it suitable for wet zones, pool decks, and water-immersed surfaces (via Micropool variant).

Industrial Strength & High Hardness

With compressive strength exceeding 80 MPaand surface hardness >200 N/mm², Microrock outperforms polished concrete and traditional coatings in both strength and adhesion.

Microrock is Conmarble’s ultra-hard, resin-based microcement system, built for the most extreme environments—from high-traffic commercial floors to wet zones and exteriors. With bulk waterproofing, compressive strength >80 MPa, and anti-slip options, Microrock is the professional’s choice for projects where resilience meets refined design. Applied at just 2–3 mm thickness, it delivers seamless performance with architectural elegance.

Microrock is designed for spaces that demand strength without compromising on style. Its continuous, grout-free surface prevents cracking, delamination, and water intrusion—while delivering a clean, tactile texture that adapts to both industrial and luxury design contexts. It’s a next-gen surface for today’s demanding interiors and exteriors.

Application Areas

  • Parking Garages & High-Load Flooring

  • Wet Rooms, Hammams, Spas

  • Pool Decks & Outdoor Terraces

  • Staircases & Entry Zones

  • Commercial Showrooms & Airports

  • Water-Immersed Surfaces (Micropool variant)

Material Type

Two-Component Resin-Based Microcement (Base + Hardener)

Application Method

Applied by hand trowel in two layers (2–3 mm). Sealed with Maxipur® or Aquamax® for UV and chemical resistance.

Highest Compression Strength

Rated >80 MPa, Microrock withstands vehicle traffic, equipment weight, and heavy impacts.

Waterproof from Within

Microrock's body is water-impermeable, offering 5-bar resistance over 72 hours without failure. No need for extra membranes.

Maximum Adhesion

Direct application on tile, concrete, plaster, or previous microcement—no bonding bridges or mesh required.

Anti-Slip Options

Available in Class 2 slip resistance per UNE EN 12633:2003, with textured finishes for safe exteriors and wet zones.

High Chemical & UV Resistance

Resists staining, chlorine, bleach, detergents, and UV discoloration—ideal for outdoor commercial and spa zones.

Low Maintenance

Dirt- and stain-resistant surface, easy to clean and maintain. No mold buildup, no grout lines, no peeling.
