E-CORK

The brilliance of E-Cork lies in cork’s cellular structure—lightweight yet thermally and acoustically powerful, naturally fire-resistant, and impermeable to water while remaining vapor breathable.

This makes E-Cork the ideal eco-luxury replacement for external paints, waterproof renders, or synthetic insulation boards. It wraps buildings in a flexible, breathable envelope, reducing energy loads, improving thermal comfort, and eliminating façade cracking or water infiltration.

E-Cork is currently being adopted across Riyadh’s Diriyah Gate, Al Malqa’s villa developments, and new hospitality resorts from the Red Sea to the Qatari coast.

Exterior Thermal Insulation

E-Cork’s natural cork matrix delivers thermal conductivity of ~0.048 W/m·K, making it an excellent thermal breakfor exterior walls, balconies, and terraces.

Acoustic Dampening

Its granular texture reduces sound transmission by up to 15 dB, ideal for buildings near roads, urban centers, or hospitality zones.

Breathable Waterproofing

E-Cork is fully waterproof to rain while allowing vapor permeability—preventing mold, condensation, and flaking common with acrylic paints.

E-Cork is Conmarble’s advanced eco-friendly cork coating designed for external walls, facades, and roofs—providing high-performance thermal insulation, acoustic comfort, and waterproofing in a breathable, seamless format. Made from granulated cork, mineral binders, and natural additives, E-Cork is the next-generation exterior paint and render alternative for energy-efficient, durable, and climate-adaptive architecture.
Whether used in resorts, villas, green roofs, or beachfront developments, E-Cork replaces synthetic paints and cladding systems with a sustainable decorative finish that performs in the Gulf’s most demanding environments.
